You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Fees and Billing
Annual license fees and per-start fees are charged as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute Rodeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
